Certified Organic
What does "certified organic" really mean?
It means that our beef is raised, managed and butchered in accordance with the Canadian Organic Standards, certified as a safe, organic product. Our operation is inspected and reviewed annually to guarantee that our beef is free from toxins, fillers, dangerous chemicals and that it was humanely produced without the use of any prohibited practices.
Everything from the hay, grass, grain, salt & mineral that our cows live on is an organic product...even the straw they sleep on must be free from sprays and chemical.
"Certified organic" is a guarantee.

Why Wagyu?
Wagyu meat is a healthy protein because it contains those important omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids that improve brain function and protect against neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's.
It has a high unsaturated fatty acid to saturated fat ratio, and is rich in conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), which has been proven to lower the risk of type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease. In fact, Wagyu meat has 30% more CLA than any other cattle breed.
The high levels of unsaturated fats and stearic acid that Wagyu beef contains, does not raise LDL cholesterol. Instead it raises the “good” HDL cholesterol which reduces arterial plaque formation.
Oh, and did we mention that Wagyu meat is great for weight loss? Not only does this delicious protein contain negligible amounts of net carbs, it's one of the highest providers of oleic acid which improves insulin sensitivity, moderates hunger hormones, and enhances fat oxidation. We know that olive oil, avocados, almonds and salmon are healthy for us because of their oleic acid content, and Wagyu beef actually has more.
